Remain Silent by Susie Steiner

Remain Silent by Susie Steiner
Rating 5 EE stars

Summary: Migrant workers are being transported to England for work no one else wants to do. Living in awful conditions while there money earned is taken from them and trapping them in inhuman conditions. When DI Bradshaw finds a body in a park swinging from the trees she is called back into action to solve this odd looking suicide. Bradshaws complicated life leads to a terrific crime novel.

Comments: Steiner is at her best here. Social commentary within the novel is spot on and I was nodding away as the pages turned. I hope Ms.Steiner the best of health and recovery. She’s delightful crime writer. 👍
