Summary: A teen boy that is talented football player lives a highly impoverished life in rural Arkansas. A coach looking for a restart to his coaching career aided by his committed family. These two collide with massive violence from the beginning to the final pages.
Comments: A massive achievement of a debut power house novel. Outstanding rural writing with dialect from the source. Highly recommended.
